4. SERVICE OF THE NOTAMs
The NOTAM and the Circulars of Information are diffused the 1er and the 3 2nd Thursday of each month by OFFICES NOTAM INTERNATIONAL of ANTANANARIVO - BRAZZAVILLE and DAKAR, according to the RECOMMENDED STANDARDS and PRACTICAL appendix 15 O.A.C.I.
These NOTAM and Circulars are published only in French language.
The NOTAM and the Circulars of Information are classified in two series:
1°/ Série A : Including/understanding the NOTAM and Circulars of Information relating to the Aerodromes open to the international air traffic, means of the radio or optical navigation, the air dangers and procedures of navigation, the sous-régionales emissions weather.
2°/ Série B : Including/understanding the NOTAM and Circulars of Information relating to the National Aerodromes nonopen to the international air traffic.
Three INTERNATIONAL OFFICES NOTAM ensure the edition and the sale by subscription of their respective bulletins for the whole of the Member States of the ASECNA.
